Your name, email address and phone number. Travel details — destinations, dates, number of travellers, and any accessibility or dietary requirement you tell us. Passport copies and supporting documents, where a booking or visa application needs them. Payment references. We never collect or store card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords — card payments go through a secure gateway. Why we use it To answer your enquiry, make the bookings you ask for, take payment, support you while travelling, and keep the accounting records the law requires. We use your details for marketing only if you agree, and you can withdraw that at any time.
Only the suppliers your booking requires — airlines, hotels, transport operators, consulates and insurers — and only what they need. We also share with payment providers to process payment, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing. International travel means some of this data goes outside India, to the airline flying you or the consulate deciding your visa. That is unavoidable if you want us to arrange it.
Enquiries that don't become bookings: 12 months. Booking and financial records: 8 years, as tax law requires. Passport copies and visa files: destroyed 24 months after the decision.
You can ask us what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted where no law requires us to keep it, or withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
